Saddleworth Runners 2020 AGM - December the 14th 2020, 8:00pm via Zoom

Saddleworth Runners 1st (and hopefully last) virtual AGM!

We will be holding the club AGM via zoom at 8pm on Monday 14th Dec. For privacy reasons we are not posting the dial in details on the website but they are available on the club Facebook page, or alternatively please get in touch with Stuart, Richard or any of the committee and they will send on the dial in details.

The agenda for the meeting will be circulated on the night, if however you want anything adding, please contact Richard Gee / Stuart Hutchison in advance of the meeting.

A few pre-meeting points:

· Please bear with us as we manage this virtual AGM, there may be a few delays and technical glitches but we'll get through it!

· We will be managing the elections by raising hands on the video please can everyone engage with this.

· Our intention is to stick with the same club charity next year, given that we do not yet know whether there will be opportunity to raise significant funds for a new charity. However if anyone feels strongly that they would like to a) nominate a charity and b) be proactive in ensuring that we can raise significant funds for them next year then we will of course be glad to hear their pitch. Please let Stuart or I know if that is the case in advance.
